Eat Less Live More

The findings of a 20 Year Research Study by the University of Wisconsin Madison show that Nutritious Foods but Less Calories are the key to slowing down the aging process. Eating Less Calories appears to allow one to Live Longer.

To Desire smaller portions we really have to Eat High Nutrient , High Volume Foods – Raw Vegetables , Cooked Greens and Fresh Fruits. The food highest in nutrients is green vegetables – kale , collards , spinach and bok choy.

The people of Okinawa , Japan tend to Live Healthily Longest. Caloric restriction works.
