BP CEO Tony Hayward Stonewalling Chairman Waxman

The Role of BP in the Deepwater Horizon Explosion and Oil Spill hearing at the Energy and Commerce  Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations in Washington DC.

When Chairman Waxman accused Mr. Hayward of stonewalling the Committee, the BP CEO replied ” I’m not stonewalling. I simply was not involved in the decision making process. ”

Rep. Henry Waxman retorted ” I’m just amazed at this testimony, Mr. Hayward. You’re not taking responsibility. You’re kicking the can down the road and acting as if you have nothing to do with this company; nothing to do with the decisions. I find that irresponsible. “
