Eleven Secret Service Agents in Cartagena, Colombia for the Summit of the Americas, were sent back to the United States after alleged misconduct involving prostitution.
Prostitution is legal in Colombia in designated “tolerance zones.”
All 11 agents who put the secret in service are accused of involvement in the incident by either interfering in the investigation or direct participation in other alleged misconduct.
