Billionaire Larry Ellison, the 3rd richest American according to Forbes, has purchased Lanai which is the 6th largest Hawaiian island.
At $500,000,000 it was quite a steal considering it breaks down to a tiny 0.13 cents a square foot. A great 500 million USD investment by the Oracle CEO.
Lanai is a destination of untouched tranquility, relaxation and tranquility. A golfers paradise, no distraction or hustle and bustle like Oahu.
This romantic island is a true getaway, though they also have a Four Seasons five star hotel.
The rich get richer. Congratulations, Mr. Ellison on obtaining Hawaii’s most enticing island. Well played sir and Aloha.

The city of LA has another champion sports franchise. The NHL has the Figueroa Street Bullies.
Congratulations to the whole LA Kings team and the professionalism of coach Darryl Sutter. Hermosa Beach, California will be rocking tonight.
HM The Queen Diamond Jubilee celebrating 60 years on the Throne of the British Monarchy will be celebrated on the holiday weekend of June 2 – 5, 2012.
The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee message:
Today, as I mark 60 years as your Queen, I am writing to thank you for the wonderful support and encouragement that you have given to me and Prince Philip over these years and to tell you how deeply moved we have been to receive so many kind messages about the Diamond Jubilee.
In this special year, as I dedicate myself anew to your service, I hope we will all be reminded of the power of togetherness and the convening strength of family, friendship and good neighbourliness,
examples of which I have been fortunate to see throughout my reign and which my family and I look forward to seeing in many forms as we travel throughout the United Kingdom and the wider Commonwealth.
I hope also that this Jubilee year will be a time to give thanks for the great advances that have been made since 1952 and to look forward to the future with clear head and warm heart as we join together in our celebrations.
How is it possible the winningest quarterback in Division 1 college football history was not selected in the 2012 NFL draft?
Kellen Moore was a Heisman finalist in 2010 and the only QB to win 50 games. Moore completed 70% of his passes and finished his career with a QB rating of 169.
As proven by Tom Brady back in 2000, a late 6th round selection at #199 overall, the NFL draft is not an exact science.
Kellen Moore, all he does is win.
Apparently, the NFL doesn’t have a combine drill to measure heart, smarts or the will to win.
“ If you don’t know that our Government is wiping its a$$ with the Constitution, you’re living under a rock someplace…
We’ve got a President and Attorney General who doesn’t even like the Constitution. We’ve got 4 Supreme Court Justices who don’t believe in the Constitution.” – Ted Nugent, American Patriot
“ If Barack Obama becomes the President in November again, I will either be dead or in jail, by this time next year…
If you can’t galvanize and promote and recruit people to vote for Mitt Romney, we’re done…
We are Patriots. We are Braveheart.
We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November. Any questions?” – Ted Nugent, American Patriot
Kentucky Wildcats Basketball program at 38-2 are the 2012 College National Champions after defeating Kansas 67 to 59 in New Orleans last night.
While the Jayhawks big man totally shut down and exposed Anthony Davis offensively, the UK MVP shined on defense in blocking shots, steals, rebounds and overall hustle.
The Kentucky guards lit it up from outside. Offense gets the glory. Defense wins the game.
Kentucky was in control most of the way but Kansas mounted a late rally. The lead would have been cut to 3 but a fatal mistake bunny hop, double dribble negated a 3 pointer that swished through nothing but net.
It may be One & Done for UK though as all 5 of Kentucky’s starters, 2 freshmen and 3 sophomores, could be selected in the early rounds of the NBA draft in June.
Time will tell. Congratulations Kentucky. Go Blue.
02-04-23-38-46 Mega Ball 23 were the world record $640,000,000 Mega Millions winning numbers drawn Friday night March 30, 2012. Michael Jordan would have had a chance with the #23 dominant.
Americans spent $1.5 Billion for a chance at striking it rich with a $462 million lump sum or $347 million after federal tax withholding, based on a single winner.
There were 3 winners who will have to share the lifechanging prize. Winners may receive either a one-time payment of their share or 26 annual installment payments.
Congratulations to the lucky 3 who beat the astronomical jackpot odds of 176 million to 1. The great equalizer was the sheer number of 1,500,000,000 tickets sold.
Record Mega Millions numbers: 2-4-23-38-46, MB 23. I don’t always play lottery but when I do, I prefer winning. Stay positive my friends.
