What time is it? http://time.gov/ Daylight savings time 2012 is here. Spring forward one hour. Software can adjust computer clocks automatically.
Daylight saving time [DST] or the advancing of clocks so that evenings have more daylight and mornings have less, was first implemented during World War I.
While daylight saving time is considered to be correct, daylight savings time is used more often. Asia does not observe DST.
The artificial manipulation of time in the Western world has little effect. Changing clocks twice a year is economically and socially disruptive, cancelling out any benefit.
DARPA’s M3 Robotic Cheetah set a new land speed record for legged robots. The Robot Cheetah was able to gallop at 18 mph on a lab treadmill.
Testing of a free running cheetah robot prototype is planned for later in 2012. The cheetah robot was developed by Boston Dynamics.
The robot’s movements are patterned after those of the cheetah in nature, increasing its stride and running speed by flexing and un-flexing its back on each step.
DARPA video demonstration of M3 Cheetah Robot:
DARPA – Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, supplies technological options for the entire Department of Defense and is designed to be the technological engine for transforming DoD.
Ground robots have already saved many lives and preventeds thousands of injuries in military explosive disposal missions.
Robots may more effectively assist soldiers across a greater range of missions.
DARPA’s M3 – Maximum Mobility and Manipulation program seeks to create and demonstrate significant scientific and engineering advances in robot mobility and manipulation capability.

Bob Chapman and Alex Jones video discussing how the gold and silver futures markets are like a Big Casino.
Gold manipulated by the [IMF] International Monetary Fund and silver manipulated primarily by JP Morgan.
Bob Chapman believes that in a market free of manipulation, gold could be trading as high as $2500 an ounce and silver, the poor man’s gold, could trade for $50 an ounce.
Trading in gold and silver futures contracts involves both substantial risks and enormous profit potential. Therefore it is not right for everyone.
