In a repeat exacta performance of the Kentucky Derby, it was I’ll Have Another to Bodemeister at the 137th running of the Preakness.

He’s no Secretariat, but then who is? It’s off to the Belmont Stakes in 3 weeks for a shot at the elusive Triple Crown.

SF 49ers Fumble away 2012 NFC Championship NY Giants Win

SF 49ers Kyle Williams, filling in for Ted Ginn Jr., fumbled the game away in the NFL 2012 NFC Championship Game.

The calls seemed to go against the 49ers Sunday making it an especially tough loss, with a trip to the NFL Super Bowl on the line.

On any given Sunday, one play here or there, is the difference between winning and losing – between living and dying.

The NFL playoffs are done. All thats left is a SuperBowl rematch of the G-men vs the Pats on Feb 5.

Holland Beat Uruguay 3-2 Go to World Cup Finals

Holland has won their semifinal match versus a game Uruguay squad in chilly Cape Town, South Africa.

The Netherlands dynamic duo of  Arjen Robben and Wesley Sneijder overpowered Uruguay’s captain Diego Forlan. Noticably absent was Luis Suarez, serving his one game suspension for a red card on his ” Hand of Suarez ” play.

Perhaps the best goal of the 2010 World Cup was Giovanni van Bronckhorst in minute 17. His rocket shot from 30 meters just found the opening in the top right net. 

Holland was cruising up 3-1 when in the 91st minute Uruguay scored a second goal, for a very brief time keping their dream alive. but it was Holland’s day and they advance to an all European Final.

We won yet again with the Netherlands as our Lock of the semifinals; having already won our Locks of the 3 group stage games, Round of 16, and Quarterfinals. A perfect 6-0 ATS. Winning’s fun.

Gary Kaplan , the founder of Online Sports Gambling Empire BetOnSports.com entered a plea of Guilty in US Federal Court for Conspiracy and Racketeering , violating the RICO  [ Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations ] Act and the Wire Wager Act. Sentencing will be Oct. 27 where the Judge will accept or reject the plea.  BetOnSports PLC has already transferred $43.7 Million in ” Fines ”  from a Swiss Bank Account  to the US Government. And Gary Kaplan would serve 41 to 51 months in prison [ less the 2 years time served already ] Kaplan was arrested in 2007 in the Dominican Republic.

David Carruthers , the former CEO of BetOnSports , already admitted to 1 count of racketeering. In 2004 BetOnSports booked over 10 Million Sport Bets totalling over $1 Billion USD. The same year , Kaplan received over $100 million USD from an IPO set up by the London Stock Exchange.

The US Government could End the Budget Deficit by Legalizing and Taxing Online Sports Gambling , but then the Government isn’t interested in doing whats best now , are they?
