The Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in which Tributes must fight with one another until one survivor remains.
Set in a future where the Capitol, Panem forces each of its twelve districts to send a teenage boy and girl to compete in the Hunger Games.
There they will be pitted against highly trained Tributes who have prepared their entire lives for these Games. It will be a fight to the death on live television.
Mark Fabiani, attorney for 7 time 1999 to 2005 Tour de France Champion Lance Armstrong, is pleased that no charges were filed against Armstrong or his professional bicycle racing team.
Lance Armstrong has denied using banned performance enhancing drugs and has passed 500 tests over 20 years of competition.
The 40 year old cancer survivor retired from professional cycling in February 2011 to focus on his cancer charity, Livestrong.
