The US Senate has just passed a NDAA 2012 bill that effectively ends the Bill of Rights in America. The National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 is being called the most traitorous act ever witnessed in the Senate.
The NDAA bill itself defines the entirety of the United States as a battlefield. Section 1031 allows American citizens to be snatched from the streets, hauled off to a foreign detention camp and held indefinitely without a trial.
The NDAA bill states that any person who commits a belligerent act faces indefinite detention. No trial or evidence has to be presented. The White House only needs to make the accusation, in violation of due process and the Bill of Rights.
Passed in a 93-7 vote, the NDAA bill declares the United States to be a battleground upon which US military forces can operate with impunity, overriding Posse Comitatus.
NDAA of 2012 grants the military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate and even assassinate US citizens with impunity.
Once this becomes law, you have no rights in America. No due process, no First Amendment speech rights. A military dictatorship. Indefinite detention without ever being charged of a crime. Secret arrests and unlawful interogation. War on the Constitution. No rights.
You have been warned.
